Another resignation

In the one month I'm here, 3 colleagues have resigned. Half of those left are new. And there will be another batch of new colleagues to replace the 3 who resigned. What's wrong? Why is the HR dept's turnover so high? I wish I'm the one leaving....with a great job waiting for me... Sighz...I'm still stuck here.
