it's sooo exhausting!! Went for an interview at JAC yesterday morning... interviewed by 4 consultants... and 2 of them caught me by surprise by questioning me in japanese. Luckily it was some simple questions. After lunch at my fav Maxwell market, my sis & I went to International Plaza to register with 7 job agencies located there ~ took the whole day!! Filled up countless forms, did a few general interviews....so sick of it... some agencies... hmm... not very impressive, very unpro... and they are actually big names in the market!
Talking about my job search.... i find it tough to settle down to a permanent job at the moment. Not mentally prepared for it. I'm still hoping to go to Japan on the JET (ALT) programme, but the outcome will not be known until April. That leaves me hanging there...Haiz, what should i do now? Get a perm job & quit once i get the ALT position? Take up a temp job & go for a perm job if i can't get the ALT position? It's the dull period in hiring now b'coz of year-end.... perm jobs don't come by easily ~ i should seize every opportunity..... but i'm just not ready for it :(
Dad's pretty excited about my job interview tomorrow... but i'm not... but yet I don't want to kill the chance for a fatter paycheck compared to the miserable $6/hr temp job pay.. Guess i've to start psycho-ing myself to be enthusiatic about the interview... "i want to work here... i'd love the job... i want to crave a career here" ....arghhhh!!!! i hate this!! all these acting.... i hate it!!!
