More work = more pay?

Working harder & more doesn't necessary equal to higher pay. We've all learnt this the hard way here. There are many slackers here. And many who work very hard. In the end, all had the same treatment. The miserable pie is still being distributed equally. It's got nothing to do with me now since I'm leaving, but I feel injustice for those who've worked hard. Teachers who teach with a passion lose out in this environment. But at least we have a clear conscience. We know we've done our best to help our students learn English and to develop their character. Guess we've to look beyond monetary gains to motivate ourselves to stay on here!
